Questions people ask before they buy

Privacy first, then the rest. Didn't find yours? Write to hello@blinkpals.com. A person answers within one business day.

When will it arrive?

We pack it in 1-2 business days. Delivery takes 7 to 15 business days after that, tracked, and you see the dates before you pay. US shipping is $6.95, free over €119. Europe is $9.95, free over $149. Order by Nov 30 for Christmas delivery in the US, by Nov 26 in Europe.

Returns?

30 days from delivery. Send it back unused in its box and we refund you. Return shipping is on you, and we say so here instead of in small print. If it arrives broken or stops working, that’s on us: a prepaid label or a new one.

What if it stops working?

Everything we sell has a 1-year warranty. Send a photo or a short video to hello@blinkpals.com with your order number and we send a prepaid label or a new one.

Can I send it as a gift?

Yes. Switch on Gift box + note in the cart and write the note there; the box is free with 3 Blinkpals. Switch on “Hide prices on the packing slip” and the paper in the box shows no prices.

Does Blinkpal have a camera?

No. There is no camera anywhere in it. The eyes are LED lights behind clear domes, so there is nothing to see you with.

Safe use, in plain words.

Ages on every page Blinkpal is 14+. The cameras and Robo Pup are 8+.
Record responsibly Our cameras show a light while recording. Respect other people’s privacy.
